This is a legal agreement between you ("Member") and Isomob ltd.

There is no charge to join the service and browse other members. Any elements of the service that are chargeable are clearly identified as such. No member will be charged to use any elements of the service without their full consent. In Addition:

1. You must be at least 21 years old to use the service

2. You agree to provide honest and accurate information about yourself

3. You agree that your advert and profile will appear across the flirt finder dating network giving you a much better chance to meet you ideal partner

4. You agree that you won't use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, sexually and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, or otherwise offensive, or that infringes or may infringe the rights of another.

5. You agree to be responsible for your interactions with other members. You agree that this mobile website is not responsible or liable for content posted on the service by third parties or members or the conduct of any member.

7. If you want to cancel the service you can do so at any time by selecting Profile> Account Management> Cancel or contact us by phone or email at support@isomob.com

8. If for whatever reason you are unhappy please contact us by phone and we will endeavour to resolve the matter within seven days. Refunds are determined on a case by case basis. We do not refund any part spent credit bundles. Unspent credits will expire 90 days from the purchase date.

10. We will use your mobile number to send you texts keeping you informed about activity on your account, for example when you receive a message from someone. Your mobile number is never revealed to anyone on the service.

We use cookies for the following reasons: For secuity reasons as an additional check to confirm members identity; to track the conversion and repeat visits of users for reporting and statistics; to confirm a users identity prior to any purchase being made; to allow faster access to your profile on repeat visits and to personalise user experience.

12. Obligations under the UK’s Online Act (“UK OSA”)

As a provider of a user-to-user service in the UK, we are committed to providing a safe online environment and complying with our duties under the Online Safety Act 2023 (OSA). We believe that bar 11 (Fraud and Financial offences) all kinds of priority illegal content are of negligible or low risk. Fraud and financial offences are known to be perpetrated on dating sites. To mitigate this there are a number of measures we implement to keep you safe online. To reduce the risk of fraud we use machine and human moderation on the site to detect activity we believe to be suspicious and act on it accordingly.
